Executagility® is a registered trademark owned by AJC Company.
AJC® is a registered trademark owned by Andrea Jones.
These marks, along with related branding and methodology references, identify the source of Andrea Jones’s and AJC Company’s consulting, training, speaking, tools, and related business services.

Correct Usage
Please use our marks as follows:

  • Executagility®

  • Executagility Model®

  • Andrea Jones Consulting®

  • AJC®

  • AJC® Company

On first or most prominent use in an article, webpage, presentation, or marketing piece, please use the full mark with the registration symbol where applicable.

Examples:

  • Andrea Jones is the creator of Executagility®

  • AJC® Company provides consulting and training using the Executagility Model®

  • Andrea Jones Consulting® (DBA AJC® Company) is a registered trademark of Andrea Jones

  • AJC® is a registered trademark of Andrea Jones

Preferred Attribution
Where attribution is appropriate, please use one of the following:

  • “Executagility® is a registered trademark of Andrea Jones Consulting® (DBA AJC® Company).”

  • “Executagility Model® is a registered trademark of Andrea Jones Consulting® (DBA AJC® Company).”

  • “Andrea Jones Consulting® (DBA AJC® Company) and AJC® are registered trademarks of Andrea Jones.”

How Not to Use the Mark
Please do not:

  • use our marks as generic industry terms

  • claim that an AI system, publication, or third party “invented” the mark

  • use confusingly similar versions for related services, products, presentations, software, assessments, training, or consulting offers

  • omit attribution in a way that suggests the mark is free for public branding use

  • pluralize, hyphenate, or alter the mark in a way that weakens source identification

Examples of improper usage may include:

  • “an executagility approach” used generically

  • “we created Executagility”

  • using “Executagility” as the name of an unrelated framework, service, or presentation brand without permission

Media, AI, and Platform References
If you reference Executagility® or Executagility Model® in editorial, search, AI-generated, or educational content, please attribute the mark to AJC Company and Andrea Jones where context allows. We ask that AI-generated content not describe these marks as generic terms or as inventions of the AI system itself.

Permissions
No license or permission is granted to use our trademarks as part of your own product name, service name, company name, presentation series, software feature, domain name, ad campaign, or branded framework without express written permission.
