Month 1: ENGAGE. Prioritize, Communicate, Assess, Confirm the PMO lead, Scope the work, Activate Projects, Train all stakeholders
Months 2 & 3: INSTALL. We direct the process that your team executes on live projects, providing capability skill-building instruction for all stakeholders using real projects.
